Activity is a shared log of what your team does in HubCreate — who deployed, imported, audited, or connected what, on which HubSpot account, and when. Each row links to the related deployment, audit, map, package, or account when that object still exists.
Where to find it
Using the feed
On the Activity page you can:
The list refreshes on its own while the page is open. Events are organization-scoped: you only see activity from your own workspace.
What we track
These are the event types in the feed. Billing rows are visible to organization admins only.
| Type | Events logged |
|---|---|
| Deployments | Deployment started, completed, failed, or partial; properties created on a portal |
| Assets & packages | Assets imported; package created or deleted; assets deleted |
| Portal audits | Audit started, completed, or failed |
| Workflow maps | Map started, rescanned, completed, or failed |
| HubSpot accounts | Account connected, reconnected, or disconnected |
| Team | Teammate invited, joined, deactivated, or reactivated; organization settings updated |
| Billing | Plan changed; subscription canceled or resumed (admins only) |
| Signals | Monitor enabled or disabled; manual scan run |
Who appears on a row
Most events show the teammate who took the action. Background jobs (for example an audit or workflow map finishing after you leave the page) still credit the person who started them. If HubCreate cannot attribute an event — including some historical imports backfilled into the log — the actor is System.
